Begin Here

Supplication and Affirmation are not opposites.

They are a rhythm — asking honestly and then choosing to stand in trust.

This practice is not about saying the “right” words. It’s about bringing what is real into the presence of God, and then anchoring yourself in truth.

Return here when you feel weary, uncertain, grateful, or in need of reassurance.

1. Supplication (Ask Honestly)

What do you need right now?

You may ask for:

→ Strength

→ Clarity

→ Patience

→ Provision

→ Peace

→ Courage

→ Rest

There is no need to explain or justify your request.

Simply ask.

2. Release Control

After asking, pause for a moment.

Then consider:

What am I holding too tightly right now?

Name it — without shame.

Release does not mean indifference.

It means trust.

3. Affirm What is True

What truth can you affirm today, regardless of outcome?

Examples (only if helpful):

God is present with me.

✨ I am not walking alone.

✨ I can take today one step at a time.

✨ What I need will meet me when I need it.

Choose one that feels steady, not forced.

4. Carry One Intention

What intention will you carry forward from this moment?

This might be:

♡ patience in conversation

♡ gentleness toward yourself

♡ openness instead of fear

♡ obedience without urgency

Let the intention be quiet.

You are not required to feel resolved when you leave this page.

Faith is often practiced before it is felt.

Return to this rhythm as often as you need, or move back to the Daily Practice when you’re ready.

Carry this rhythm into your Best Next Moment.
