Begin Here

Spiritual clarity is not about having all the answers. It’s about learning how to listen — especially when things feel noisy, confusing, or emotionally charged.

This practice is designed to help you slow down, create space, and return to discernment without pressure or performance.

Come here when you feel uncertain, reactive, or disconnected from your inner compass.

1. Settle

Before seeking guidance, allow your body to settle.

Take one slow breath. Unclench your jaw. Lower your shoulders.

Then ask quietly: what is the question or situation that feels unclear right now?

You don’t need to solve it. Just name it.

2. Receive

Read the passage below slowly.

You may read it more than once.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to him.” — James 1:5

As you read, notice:

☀︎ A word that stands out

☀︎ A phrase that feels steady

☀︎ A sense of peace or resistance

There’s no wrong response.

3. Reflect

Ask yourself:

What might wisdom look like here — not fear, not urgency, but wisdom?

Write or think whatever comes without editing.

4. Hold One Truth

What is one true statement, you can hold today as you move forward?

Examples (only if helpful):

✰ I don’t need to decide everything today.

✰ Clarity often comes in steps, not answers.

✰ I’m allowed to pause before responding.

Choose one that feels grounding, not forced.

Spiritual clarity grows through relationship, not striving.

You don’t need certainty to take a faithful step — only willingness.
